Customer Account Associate
They say it’s good to talk – and we couldn’t agree more. Because that’s how we help our customers. As a CAA you’ll speak to customers on the phone and help them to find a tailored solution by understanding their individual needs. We try to make it as easy as possible for our customers to contact us so you may also be responding on webchat and replying to emails. You’ll be there to help our customers find the right way forward - whether that’s agreeing a repayment plan, directing them to free debt advice or closing their account.
Customer Relations Officer
As a Customer Relations Officer you’ll be speaking to our customers and really taking the time to understand their individual circumstances to help to resolve complaints. This means you’ll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll also be knowledgeable about all things associated with Treating Customers Fairly as its key the right outcome is achieved, without detriment, for all our customers.
Customer Support Advisor
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be communicating with our more vulnerable customers. With superb interpersonal skills you’ll be able to build a rapport with each customer, meaning you can effectively assess individual circumstances and make decisions within your remit to offer the most appropriate solution.You’ll be drafting and sending bespoke letters and emails tailored to customers’ individual circumstances. With a focus on delivering excellent and timely customer service, you’ll be able to understand our customers’ unique situations and easily adopt our Treating Customers Fairly ethos.
