Case Administrator
As a Case Administrator, you’ll be dealing with customer, client, and third-party correspondence and you’ll be the first point of contact for varied queries throughout the initial stages of the litigation process. You‘ll help to close both basic and complex requests relating to litigation and disputes for our customers and clients. The tasks can vary including payment offers, fraud, and admissions so the ability to deal with a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment is essential. You’ll be communicating with our customers and clients through e-mail and letter, so you’ll need to bring strong literacy skills. You don’t have to come from a legal background however, if you have an interest in the financial or legal sectors, and are looking for a role which will present exciting career opportunities then this role could be for you.
Legal Recoveries Associate
As an LRA you’ll speak to customers on the phone about their accounts that have fallen into arrears and take the time to understand each customer’s unique situation through questioning and listening. Using your empathy and demonstrating sensitivity, you will help them to find the right way forward - whether that’s putting affordable repayment plans into place in conjunction with the litigation process, helping with any queries, disputes or conducting regular reviews to ensure payments are still suitable for our clients.  We work with each individual customer to agree realistic and affordable payment plans tailored to their circumstances. ​​​​​​​
Complex Litigation Paralegal
​​​​​As a Paralegal you’ll be handling, under supervision, defended litigation or complex matters within a consumer small claims environment. This means that you’ll need to be knowledgeable about legal issues around dealing with consumer credit and collections. You’ll ensure that all internal and external deadlines are managed and achieved, including court hearings and filing dates, so you’ll work need to enjoy working to deadlines and have good planning and prioritisation skills. Making recommendations concerning commercial and legal decisions about a case will also be an important part of your role, along with drafting legal documents, agreements, legal letters, and other correspondence. This means you’ll be a confident decision maker and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
